God is up to something

Good morning Nagoya Union Church family. I hope you are in the best condition while reading this blog from us.

I hope you are not in trouble today and feel heavy hearted. I always pray that you have a chill and relax day although your boss is giving you so much work, or one of your closest friend or family is not in a good mood and they chose to pass on their anger towards you. Or maybe someone is in pain or you are not feeling well, so then let me encourage you that when you are in this season of your life, God is up to something.

When something is so heavy for you to carry, remember that the God we serve is a living God. He can and will carry it for us, that burden that you have He is doing something so that you feel and will need Him in your life to make Him be part of it and only He can give you the answer. Because if you can handle everything sometimes more often than not we forget to call to Him! In the life that He designed for us, His children will always require Him in it! But if He is an almighty God why can’t He just make our lives easier? Isn’t that what most fathers would do?

We have to remember that the Lord gave us free will to choose and decide so let’s decide to always be led by the Holy Spirit in order for us to glorify God, choosing to do what is right and not what feels good. Choosing to spend time with the Lord and asking Him to lead us and guide us in this life He gave us.

“Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.” Psalms 62:8 ESV
