We held a celebration Easter service where Aika got baptised. She shared a beautiful testimony of how God has been working to heal her and grow her peace and joy in Christ. After the service we had a shared meal with a mountain of good food and great conversation.

Our Christmas service was held on Sunday, December 22. Jeane performed a beautiful song, Pastor Michael shared some Christmas reflections from the Book of Daniel, and we all enjoyed a feast and fellowship afterwards.

Brandon was baptised in December, in a beautiful ceremony that bore testimony to God's work in his life.

Brandon spoke about his life that had been self-centered and focused on making himself happy. But through God's grace, he came to be serious about following Jesus and putting him above all things.

The baptismal water may have been lukewarm, but definitely not Brandon's faith!

We said farewell to Masaki, Lady and Chia, who are going on to an exciting ministry opportunity with Chris Moore's church plant in Nagoya.

We also bid goodbye to Emily, who is going back home to the United States.

We will miss them all very much, but look forward to being united again soon.

Joseph and Aya celebrated their wedding with family and friends from Japan and all over the world. Pastor Steve led the ceremony with his usual bag of jokes, and Jeane sang a beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace.
