The Lord Our God is Always Good

The title says it all, and I know we all know that the Lord is good. But I also know for sure there are times that we feel life it is not always good.
The Lord is good always no doubt, but our situation often says otherwise.

May I remind you of a guy named John D. Rockefeller. He was the world’s wealthiest individual and first billionaire. He managed 90% of the oil refined in the US by the age of 38. He was just focused on building power and wealth but as he turned 50 his health deteriorated and he realized that his money can’t buy relationships and time. He can’t buy health back and so it made him decide to give back! He gave away his wealth to hospitals and medical research teams that were funded by the Rockefeller foundation. Once he started to do that his health improved and although he was expected to die at 53 he lived until 98!

He also said that God taught him that everything belongs to God and we are merely a channel to fulfill His wishes. God is good always!

You see, when God called you to be His child He wanted to use you to let people feel that He is good! We may not be billionaires but trust me, as a child of God we always have something in us from God that we can give. It is not always about money. We can give time, prayer or share our talent. We can serve others and give back all the glory to God!

Let us remind others of why we can declare that our Lord God is good! He is good all the time!
