Unfailing love

"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life." (‭‭Psalm ‭143‬:‭8‬)

Good morning Nagoya Union Church family! Hope you are all well and good! When you wake up in the morning and know someone is thinking of you, loving you and cheering for you, want to spend most of their time with you how do you feel? Personally for me it’s a wonderful feeling. The thought of someone that loves me unconditionally makes me feel secure.

I once had a conversation with my friend and she said that kind of feeling scares her as she said she doesn’t want to fail that person who loves her, she doesn’t appreciate the feeling of being pressured because if she disappoints that person who gives love to her then she will not be loved anymore. I am sure at some point in our lives we feel this way with God’s love for us but when we read the Bible and we know more of God’s nature you will know that His love for us in unfailing and is unconditional!

We should remember God’s gift to us, Jesus Christ His only son who became flesh to be our Savior! That’s why we are celebrating Easter as Jesus bridged the gap because of our sin so we can be close to God and then the Holy Spirit helping us be more and more like Jesus in our daily lives!

I pray that you will come to know God even more personally as you allow Him to walk with you or in my case He carries me! Know your worth in His eyes so you can have that confidence in your identity in Him!

He loves you unconditionally! By God’s grace may we all give back all the glory to Him!
